We are able to undertake commercial and industrial condition and defect reports, NICEIC Periodic Inspection Reports for Insurance and Health & Safety Executive Requirements.
Our team of engineers use the latest in test equipment, laptops and portable printers for fast track report production. All inspection and testing is carried out by qualified engineers, with high quality inspection reports including photographic and thermographic images where necessary.
In addition to NICEIC Inspection Reports, our engineers are able to provide site schematics and CAD drawings, subject to survey and quotation. These can be used to comply with the BS 7671:2008 requirements for provision of information on Electrical Installations. Guidance Note 3 of BS 7671:2008 requires that electrical installations in commercial premises be inspected and tested on a 5-yearly interval.
